Missed Appointment Policy
By booking your level test, you agree to the following terms:

You may reschedule your first missed appointment once, free of charge.

If you miss a second appointment, you will need to pay the full fee again to book a new test.

Please notify us in advance if you need to reschedule. Failure to attend without prior notice will be considered a missed session.
